I am and have always been a huge fan of Anthony Robbins, he is ultimately one of the reasons that i went down the path of personal development and when i was at one of the lowest points of my life, i would pick up his cds and have these one on one training sessions with Anthony Robbins.
What makes Anthony Robbins such an amazing life coach i believe, is his ability to take tasks that would otherwise seem crazy, make them make sense to us so that we take action.
I have changed so many aspects of my life based on his reasoning.
This video is possibly a prime example of his ability, in the video he explains the concept of learning and engaging your body, and you can see that this is why over the course of his trainings people are so active and energetic because of this talk.
